Dr Vincenzo Mastellone was born in Sorrento on 2 August 1953. He graduated in Law from the University ‘Federico II’ in Naples in 1977. He won the competition to become a notary in 1982 and established his head office in Lana, notary district of the province of Bolzano, in March 1984. For a long time, he acted as secretary and then delegate of the trade union of the notaries of Triveneto. Between 2000 and 2009 he was, moreover, part of the notarial council of Bolzano.
The deeds and the documents are filed in the head office in Lana and are registered at the revenue agency in Merano. The software used in the studio is called ‘Digital Office’ and it facilitates the successful management of data, quick internal and external communication and the creation of a virtual file for every deed where the whole documentation can be stored.
The studio’s activity has always covered all areas of notarial expertise, and in particular the areas of credit and real estate, family law, corporate and tax law and inheritance law.
In the real estate area, the studio has managed and currently manages the transactions of major construction companies and has, therefore, dealt with all the problematics relating to these procedures under both systems, i.e. property register (tavolare) and land register (conservatoria). The paperwork is processed quickly in view of reducing clients’ waiting times as much as possible.
The studio has benefited from the precious collaboration of many trainees over the years, some of which went on to become very successful notaries.
All the activities of the studio are covered by an insurance policy by Lloyd with a limit of liability of Euro 7.500.000. In over 30 years of activity and approximately 75.000 deeds the studio had to resort to it only once.
